At Collier Collective Designs, we take pride in creating quality, custom products designed with creativity and care. Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, we have established the following refund policy:

Custom and Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel orders must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have entered production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping

Collier Collective Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
