Custom artwork and personalized products are created based on customer-approved information and cannot be guaranteed to exactly match digital mockups.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Collier Collective Designs reserves the right to correct pricing errors, discontinue products, or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing or product availability.

5. Orders

Orders are processed after payment has been received. Customers are responsible for verifying all order information, including shipping addresses, sizes, spelling, customization details, and contact information before completing their purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

7. Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are produced through trusted print partners. Production typically begins immediately after purchase, which means print-on-demand items cannot be canceled once submitted. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or production volume.

8. Custom Designs

Custom design services require customer collaboration and approval. Once a final design has been approved, Collier Collective Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Collier Collective Designs retains ownership of original artwork, concepts, and source files.

All artwork, graphics, logos, product designs, branding, website content, text, images, and digital materials are the intellectual property of Collier Collective Designs and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
